Speech and Language Therapy Services and fees
Informal telephone consultation - free
This is free of charge and may last approximately 20 minutes. It gives you an opportunity to discuss your concerns. From there, we can see what I may be able to offer to support you. Here, we may also arrange a date and time for an initial assessment or session.
Initial assessment
Prior to this session, I may send you a questionnaire to complete to gather more information about your child's communication profile. I will also send you a consent form to complete and a copy of my terms and conditions.
This session will last approximately 60 minutes and include a comprehensive case history and assessment (formal and /or informal). The assessment might involve playing with your child, looking at pictures together, listening, and talking. We will also discuss your concerns and goals.

Therapy sessions
Following assessment, we can identify what your child would benefit from and then discuss therapy if required.
Therapy sessions last 30-60 minutes, depending on your child's needs. We will agree on a number of sessions at the start, which can be adjusted if needed. These may be weekly sessions or more intensive input if required. Therapy sessions are carefully planned and tailored to your child's needs and interests. Sessions will be held at your home or in your child's school.
